A Milestone Approaches
As I posted last time, I've been making some real progress. I now have an important milestone coming up. I've purchased a rackmount case for my exocortex and it will be arriving this afternoon.
The time has come to complete the initial implementation of my exocortex's memory core and go-live. I'll be doing this over the next week or two. This is the first step in the completion of the Ring 0 architecture.
I'm not sure how quickly things will progress from here, but I expect more dramatic progress from here on out. This is such a basic component, many otherwise easy-to-implement features rely upon it.
I've also decided to no longer publicly document the technical details of this project. Until now, my pbwiki had been my primary system for documenting my work. I've decided to move my documentation to an offline system. Now that I'm implementing this project, I need to be able to document security-related technical details and I want all of my notes in one place.
For now, I'll leave the pbwiki pages as they are. In the future, I'll probably restructure them or replace them with static pages on akgunkel.com.
When I post next, my memory core will be functional and I will explain the working features of my exocortex.
